Fleet intelligence, not a digital filing cabinet.

From nameplate to work order: THSynapse Fleet specs every service down to the parts, schedules it, and coordinates your mechanics. Nothing on any asset slips.

The typing was never the expensive part. The missed service was.

  5. Schedule builtA complete maintenance schedule, ready to run — triggered by usage and time.

Everything each asset needs, in one place.

One connected picture. Every vehicle, trailer, and machine. Costs, condition, and what's due.

Maintenance, spec'd out. Each service ships with the right parts, fluids, and settings.

Nothing slips. Registration, insurance, DOT, and service dates tracked before they lapse.

Costs you can see. Cost-per-mile, total cost of ownership, and utilization, live per asset.

Every interval, watched.

THSynapse tracks every service on every asset, by usage and by time. It surfaces what's due before it slips.

Every asset, watched at once.

Know what every asset really costs.

THSynapse tracks true cost of ownership per asset — acquisition, depreciation, fuel, repairs, and mechanic labor, rolled up and annualized. A live cost-per-hour rate that even prices your quotes.

Every dollar, per asset. Purchase, depreciation, fuel, and repairs — one running total, per machine and across the fleet.

Labor and parts, itemized. Mechanic time at burdened rates, parts line-by-line, split on every repair.

Catches what's drifting. Flags cost spikes, rate outliers, and assets with no cost basis before they surprise you.

Most software stores your data. This one checks its work.

THSynapse tracks whether each fix actually worked. Every week it recalibrates which actions it can run on its own. The more you use it, the more it handles.

Built from the inside of field-service operations.

I spent fourteen years in field-service operations — working in the field, selling the work, and running operations inside a multi-million-dollar service business.

I used the same software most service companies use: CRMs, job management platforms, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, dashboards. They all stored information. Very few helped make the next decision.

That became the problem.

A truck was not just a truck. A chipper was not just a chipper. Every asset had maintenance pressure, repair history, compliance risk, scheduling impact, and margin consequences attached to it. But the software treated those things like separate notes in separate places.

So operators were left doing the real work in their heads.

THSynapse was built to change that. It is an operations intelligence platform for service businesses — starting with fleet — that connects assets, maintenance, repairs, availability, and operational impact into one living system.

The goal is simple: help operators see what matters before it becomes expensive.

I built THSynapse because service businesses do not need another digital filing cabinet. They need an operational nervous system.
